Indents on bullet lists not consistent

I have imported most of my topics into RoboHelp HTML from a Word doc. This has been satisfactory for the most part but in some cases after generating the help the indents on bullets are an extra tab to the right. I have tried replacing the spaces that RoboHelp used instead of tabs with real bullets (by selecting the bullet on the toolbar). Even these in some cases are having the same problem.

Anyone had this problem before? Could this be related to inadequate system resources when generating the help? My help project has approx. 450 topics.
