I cannot get flash to work

I am using the cloud version of Maxthon 4.1.160 I have flash installed but every website I go to that has a flash vid or other flash program it says you need to get Adobe Flash which I already have.  really don't know what to do at this point.  I have downloaded several version of flash,  turned on Java turned off all kinds of conflicting information.  If you can help that would be great
