Canot install 1-Step RoboPDF printer: 1930

I am trying to install RoboPDF from the RoboHelp X5 CD and I get the error message of: Canot install 1-Step RoboPDF printer: 1930. I have done the uninstall and reinstall but to no avail. The computer is running Win XP OS. Anyone have any clues?
