Presenter Publication Won't Play

I published a presentation and it gets "stuck" when it's loading. The circle goes around and around and nothing happens. I have published many presentations without this issue. I'm using Presenter 8 and I tried publishing from a pptx as well as a ppt (an old post suggested this fix but it didn't work). Does anyone know a fix for this?
