download failed

When I try to upgrade I get this message: "install_FlashPlayer11x32ax_chra_awa_aih.exe. couldn't be downloaded". I have turned off my firewall & anti-virus protection. What can I try?

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by clicking one of the following links.

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Right click the apporpriate link and "Save target as"(IE) or "Save link as" (Firefox, Chrome or Opera)
