Hi baldeagle2607,

In order for the installation to continue, you need to close both applications.  Sometimes when you manually close the applications, It may still be running in the background. Once both the processes are ended, the installtion should resume on it's own or maybe after hitting "retry".

How to kill background processes

In your case, you will have to end iexplorer.exe and find something similar to desktopcontainer.exe.
