Why am I constantly required to download Flash player when opening a web page that requires flash?

Since Adobe Flash Player released Ver 11. + I am constandly being promped to reinstall either Adobe Flash Player or any flash player. I spend half my time downloading and installing flash player because I am promped to re-install inorder to bring up the web page that requires flash!

Can you provide the Operating System and Browser you are using to access flash player?  Also what's the exact version number you have installed now?
