Adobe Flash download problem

I'm unable to download Adobe Flash. I have Windows 7, Internet Explorer 8, activeX filtering is unchecked.When I click the "open" box nothing happens and when I click the "save" box it says unable to download.

do you mean to say you are trying to download the adobe flash player?

if so, try a manual download and install: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html
