Flash player x Ipad...how work?

I have an IPad anda several sites need flash player and i dont get download the flash player

Apple designed iOS (which is on iPads and iPhones) to not be compatible with Flash Player. There never has been, and never will be a Flash Player for iPad or iPhone. That was Apple's decision years ago.
