Removing Index keywords

Index keywords I deleted in the Index pod are still showing up in my generated project. How can I get rid of these?

Also, are you absolutely certain that you are viewing the correct output files? How exactly are you running them and from where?

Rick, thank you for your response. I apologize for the delay in answering, but I found I had bigger issues going on and have been working with Adobe support to try to troubleshoot. In the course of this inquiry, I removed a lot of old, obsolete files from my project in source control. At the moment, it looks as if the problem with the index keyword is solved. Thanks again.
