Importing Word docs into RH10 & auto split headers into topics

Can RH10 import a Word document and auto split the headers into separate topics? In RH7, this capability was available, but I'm not seeing it in RH10.

Look for “Pagination” – I think Peter Grainge discusses it on his site (grainge.org) too
