Thanks for the amswer but:
I got out to the task master/processes and there were four (4) iexplore.exe programs.
When I started to close one then the machine said that the computer may become unstable if I close them.
?Are you sure on this advice?
?How do I start them up again?
I would appreciate your advice.

iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer - different from Windows Explorer. Shutting it down WILL NOT leave your system unstable. That's a standard warning Windows has built in to "dumb down" users so they don't mess with things and never learn how a PC really works.
If you're uncomfortable with the task manager procedure, download the Adobe Flash Player offline installer directly by clicking each of the following links.
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Save BOTH of those files (right click them)
Reboot so there are NO PROCESSES running outside of Windows.
Run each of the installers.
You should be good to go.

Thanks
Tried both:
Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
(1) This gave No success on IE connected with Facebook and CNN vidio.
(2) Maybe Foxfire and Chrome are working property.
?Any other ideas before I shut down the four iexplore.exe files?
