Ive been working on this for hours...Windows 7 and I need to download flashplayer..I have read suggestions from the adobe site and other techs on google.going to Explorer 32 bit....nothing is working.  The latest one was to go to tools, manage add-ons etc, and see if its even download.  Its not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Im extremely frustrated.

It's not enough to "download" it; you also need to install it!  Download the installers from http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/installation-problems-flash-pla yer-windows.html#main-pars_he... (under the heading Progress bar hangs...) and save them to disk, then close all browser windows and run the downloaded installers.

Thank you for responding.  I did finally get it to work after I posted my question by going to the download section.  The other laptop we have just does everything automatically and doesn't give me as many headaches, so I was confused.  Again, thank you for helping out.
