1. Re: Master of Master Causing Entire Site Publishes
Vinayak_Gupta Aug 8, 2013 1:33 PM (in response to Arpeggi7)All pages associated to the Master will be exported/published as those would be considered as modified files if you edit the Master. Refer to the following post for more info. on this - http://forums.adobe.com/message/5521264#5521264.

2. Re: Master of Master Causing Entire Site Publishes
Arpeggi7 Aug 8, 2013 1:44 PM (in response to Vinayak_Gupta)That's fine, the problem is that if i'm just making a change on a page (non-master) it is doing an entire site publish even though the master pages have had no changes made.
Rather annoying. This only started happening once I applied a master to a master.

Arpeggi7 Aug 20, 2013 12:20 PM (in response to Arpeggi7)Still haven't heard back regarding this...
UPDATE:
The first time I open the file it will do an entire website publish (with no changes to the master). Publishes after that act normal.

6. Re: Master of Master Causing Entire Site Publishes
Abhishek.G Aug 21, 2013 11:17 AM (in response to Arpeggi7)Hi,
Could you try the following steps to generate some logs that may help us investigate the bug?
1. Close Muse
2. In your Documents folder, if you already have a file called MuseLogPrefs.xml, rename it
3. Save MuseLogPrefs.xml from http://museforum.businesscatalyst.com/5613787.html to the Documents folder
4. Launch Muse, open your file, make a change on a non-master page
5. Close Muse
6. E-mail the file MuseLog.txt from your Documents folder to muse-support@adobe.com (with a link to this forum post)
7. Go back to the original MuseLogPrefs.xml you had renamed in step 2
Thanks,
Abhishek
