No Plug-in Version

I am having trouble viewing videos on my lap top after i have installed flash player , uninstalled, and installed again. i have gone thru almost all the steps online to fix it and it still is not fixed. on the flash player settings manager it staes there is ni plug-in version. Is this my problem and how do i fix it? Windows 7 64-bit, internet explorer 32-bit    please help

There are two Flash Player plugins for Windows

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

I find it's always best to have both installed.

It continues to tell me that need to install the latest version of flash player when ive alreadi nm told it was installed successfully

You need to do a "clean install"

How do I do a clean install of Flash Player?

DO NOT omit any step.
