Adobe Flash 10.2

I have a tablet that has Jelly Bean Android 4.1 it supports the older Adobe Flash 10.2 how can I download that to my tablet  ?  ?   Seeing I cannot find a Adobe support telephone number or e-mail support I guess I'll ask for help here. Support should be 1 - 2 - 3 not like this but, oh well can anyone help me here ? ? ?
