Can I set up more than one View in the View Responses tab?

In the response table, you can hide columns (if you delete a column associated with a field it will also remove the field from the form. If you hide the column instead it doesn't affect the form layout)

And you can drag and drop columns to move them (see http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-3560). This will not affect the form layout but only the table.

You can also export the excel and manipulate the data outside of FormsCentral

No there is no way to save different views. However, there is a concept of Public and Private view (look under the View menu). If you change something in the public view then everyonoe will get that change... if you switch to your private view then any changes you make are only visible by you. What I mean by changes is moving columns and filtering and not changing the data itself (everyone sees those changes even in private view). So technically you could switch between your private views and the public view to get two different view of the data.
