Are you sending them a link to adoberevel.com generically or the url created when you set the album to share? Here are some instructions. Users should not have to have an account or login as long as you share the url. There is a different kind of user where you specify the email in Revel to share a library with. This is collaborative sharing usually shared between family members. This type if sharing does require all users to have an account.
