When I am doing a recording, when I press End key Captivate crashes. I am on Windows XP SP3 Intel Core2 Duo 2.93GHz 2GB RAM. This was working fine before but just stopped working. So I suspect there is some stray file somewhere. I checked out this site and found some info on the Mac but not on Windows and the issue wasn't really resolved on the Mac.
First thing to do is update your Captivate version to at least 6.0.1. That patch might resolve your issue. If it does not, then look further.
Use the Help > Updates link inside Captivate.
