Flashplayer installer help needed, please

Unable to receive adobe flashplayer anymore, been trying to get it back for the past 10 months.  It's a MAC OSX, version 10.5.8.  Can someone please help me re-install it?

Is this a PowerPC?

If yes → What version of Flash Player should I use with my Power PC based Mac?

I have a desk top apple computer, Mac OSX 10.5.8.  I do not have a lap top computer.  We have tried many times to re-install and the installation after a small precent of time says "unable to install, get support"

Can anyone help me?
