I have an unused Design Premium CS4 that i would like to pass onto an elederly class colleague. She has CS6 on an older PC and has recently been given a iMac.

Can i transfer the CS$ to her?

If the package was never registered, simply give it to her. Otehrwise you'll have to run through this:

Transfer an Adobe product license
