Flash settings and help

Is there any way to connect with a customer support rep to verify that my settings are correct? Flash is installed in programs but it is not allowing me to use Flash to open my powerpoint zip documents.  I need someone to verify that all of my settings are enabled correctly. Thanks!

Flash Player CANNOT open PowerPoint documents. It can allow Flash content embedded in them to play, but only PowerPoint (or Open Office's "Impress") can open a PPTX or PPSX file.

Flash also cannot open ZIP files; you either use Windows' own unzip facility, or use a program like 7-zip.
