Moved recently to a SSD system disk with only 120 GB volume.
A 20GB iPod Photo Cache is therefore a substantial folder volume on that drive.
Do I need it? What would I loose if I delete it?
I use PE9 extensively to rearrange my photo albums on my iPhone 4 32GB, so that I have a varying collection of up to 20k pictures on the phone.
It is used for syncing photos with your iPhone or iPad.
If you delete it you will loose what you have synced.
Thanks! So if I have all my iPhone pictures stored on my PC and then copy
some of them back on my iPhone in Albums, I don't need this mammoth folder?
I don't think I need to sync anything...
