(the name of the plugin should be AutoLayer.8li in the Alien Skin plugin folder)
If your on windows xp you can easily see what a plugin is by right clicking on it
and choosing Properties>Version
Anyway my old version of eye candy and exposure has that plugin
and think it has to do with creating a new layer for the filter output.
(trying to invoke the plugin from the automate menu shouldn't do anything)
