Why must I reinstall Adobe flash player all the time?

I must continually reinstall the new version of Adobe Flash Player on my computer as it will disappear several days after I install it.  I have tried everything with my very limited knowledge of computers, but no avail.

What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)

Are you seeing any error messages?
