flash player help page

i was having trouble installing flash player i got this done and now i can't get the trouble shoot help page off my screen i have tryed everthing i know of to remove it to wit 3 finger salute and task master to no avail . what's up with this? ihave a lap top with windows 7 home premium and internet explorer 9 what can i do?

I also don't understand what you are seeing.  Try using the offline installer(s):

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
