Getting queries from many clients asking why their weekly report is showing zero visits...
Hi Bill,
Our engineering team identified the problem and fixed it. It looks like there was a task manager that was not configured properly on one of the machines - that's why some of the weekly emails were sent twice for some sites (one with proper values, one with zero values).
Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. The tasks are now in sync so this problem shouldn't happen again in the future.

Hi Matt -- I tried to find any that DIDN'T have zero visits reported, out of a couple of hundred or so. As far as I can see, all did -- but some also had a second report with "real" numbers.
I submitted a ticket # 47879 with a list of 9 samples.
