1. Go to this link where you can manage your global flash player settings:
http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.htm l2. Make sure the "Allow third-party Flash content to store data on your computer" option is checked.
3. Make sure the slider is set to a value other than 0.
4. Navigate away from the settings page (or close the browser window) to apply the changes.
5. Try signing in to Adobe SendNow and let us know if this solved the problem - thanks.
