Update flash player

I uninstalled flash player and tried to install flash player 11 and it asks me to close windows explorer how to you do that

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and selecting "Save target as"(IE) or "Save link as"(other browsers).

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save the file(s) to your downloads folder.

Reboot.

Before running anything else, open the downloads folder and run the installer(s).
