Windows 8 new to me - also am not fluent in computers - when I tried to access a page on my banking site I received a message stating that for best viewing my screen resolution should be 800x600 and it was currently 719x404. to change I needed to down load flash drive - then I was given some options and was totally over my head - HELP Please

Flash CANNOT AND WILL NOT do anything to change your resolution. If your display CANNOT go to a higher setting than 719X404, you simply CANNOT view your bank statements on that device (be it a laptop or tablet), until the bank "gets with the program" so to speak and makes their website "adaptive" for mobile displays. Then it won't matter what your screen resolution is.
