Iam having the worst time trying to install an updated version of Adobe flash player. When trying to read terms  of use all I get is a Arabic language version even after selecting the United States as region. It's really upsetting. It keeps happening over and over. Trying to get a real person to help isn't happening, Getting frustrated to the point of giving up. Please help.
