windows 8 it says its already downloaded but i cant play games or watch videos

Try this:

Click on the following Adobe link. Go to the bottom where it says, "Still having problems?". Click on the link for your browser.

Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows

If you are concerned about clicking on the above link, then do a Google search for "Adobe Flash Player Installation problems Windows" and you will find it that way.

If this does not solve your problem, post on this forum during the week when Adobe staff people will answer questions.
