Adobe Reader Updates

I keep getting a message that there is an update but when I select UPDATE nothing happens. If I cancel the message comes up again later. Anybody got any ideas? Windows 7 (32); Firefox; Flash player version 11.8.800.168

Why are you asking in the Flash Player forum...?

Install the update manually from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5637

OK now - thanks for that Pat. I was directed to this forum automatically so being a first time user I did not know any different. Sorry about that. I will know better next time hopefully.
