flash player says its installed but I cannot watch any videos?

every time I try to watch a video it tells me to install it again, this has been going on for a week, what is the problem with it?

Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one of the following links and selecting "Save as".

Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)

Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

Save the file to your downloads folder.

Reboot your system.

BEFORE opening ANYTHING else, locate and run the installer.
