1. Re: Problem with Photoshop and Reflow plugin
Seth Walker Sep 13, 2013 12:17 PM (in response to PRO3790)You may want to try a few Photoshop forum threads. We've been pointing people to the following:

If that doesn’t resolve it, there are additional instructions on the PS forum thread:

2. Re: Problem with Photoshop and Reflow plugin
Anirudh Sasikumar Sep 13, 2013 12:21 PM (in response to PRO3790)Hi,
Sorry to hear you are running into trouble. This definitely sounds like a bug at our end.
Here are some steps that may help resolve this problem:
1. Remove Plug-ins/Generator/reflow.generate folder from the directory where Photoshop is installed. (Usually /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CC on mac, win - c:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC, C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC).
2. Reinstall Edge Reflow CC.
Hope that helps,
Anirudh

6. Re: Problem with Photoshop and Reflow plugin
PRO3790 Sep 13, 2013 5:53 PM (in response to Anirudh Sasikumar)Thats the strange thing, I removed the plugin from PS and restarted it and it still gave me the message. Also, with Generator removed it still shows up in the File menu. I would think that it would not be there.

8. Re: Problem with Photoshop and Reflow plugin
Seth Walker Sep 15, 2013 9:52 AM (in response to PRO3790)Please let us know if you resolved this issue. You may also want to try reinstalling PS. Find the uninstaller in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers/. Be sure to backup any settings and plugins, of course.
Otherwise the CS Cleaner tool is sometimes an option: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

10. Re: Problem with Photoshop and Reflow plugin
Anirudh Sasikumar Sep 16, 2013 4:30 PM (in response to PRO3790)Photoshop Generator writes logs to the following location:
Mac:
/Users/[your username]/Library/Logs/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CC/Generator
Windows:
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC\Generator\logs
Could you post the contents of the log file or share a dropbox (or creative cloud) link to it?
Thanks,
Anirudh

15. Re: Problem with Photoshop and Reflow plugin
Anirudh Sasikumar Oct 3, 2013 2:33 PM (in response to PRO3790)I can confirm that the symptoms you describe will come up if another Photoshop instance is running on the same machine (on another user account).
So if you have user A who started Photoshop, you log out and log in as user B, you start Photoshop again, you will run into this.
We're working on a fix for this case.

Prasad Ghantasala Aug 31, 2014 9:53 PM (in response to PRO3790)Hello,
There is a simple trick for doing this.
1. Uninstall all your photoshop CC & Edge Reflow CC. (Make Sure you delete all the folders in C: drive and temp files.).
2. Once after step1 Install photoshop CC & Edge Reflow CC Normally.
3. Now download the Edge Connect Plugin from
4. Once run the plugin and now you will find a reflow folder in your (applications folder on Mac) and in your (Program Files in Windows).
5. Open the folder " reflow/plug-ins/generator/ " and copy " reflow.generate " folder.
6. Now, Open Photoshop CC folder and go to plug-ins/Generator/
7. Paste the copied folder here and restart your Pc or Mac.
8. Now everything should be alright.
This is not just an answer this is how i solved the same problem on my mac.
