Blocked plug-in

I've installed the latest Flash Player but still find the plug-ins blocked.

What can I do to unblock it?

I followed the instructions as I understood them but it still won't install.

Most likely you have some old Flash Player modules still remaining on your system, so your browser blocks it for security reasons.
