I have a new Macbook Pro running OSX 10.8.4 I downloaded the latest version of Flash Player Installer, but the installation process stops with the message "Actionlist not found".

Is this a problem with my OS or with the version of Flash Player?

Please help.

I think (I'm not sure) the "gatekeeper" app causes this. Regardless, see How to perform a "clean install" of Flash Player in Mac OS X

Thanks, CF, I did the clean install EXACTLY the way you outlined, and it worked for all the content I'm browsing on both my browsers (I run Safari and Firefox)... great!
