Which browser are you using ?

Were you able to download Adobe Flash Player ?

Please elaborate when you say "it won't let me", any Error message ?

I am on windows 8 and no I didn't get it down loaded

On Windows 8, you have Internet Exploer 10 and it comes with preinstalled Flash Player.

Try to access Youtube.com or Do you see a Flash Boucing Icon here : http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
