Windows 8 and keeps asking to install Flash Player

I have Windows 8 and keep getting this message, "Please install the latest Flash Player" and i won't let me update?

What exactly means "won't let me"?

Did you run Windows Update?

When I attempt to update it says it is already installed embedded in IE

Windows 8. When i go to Windows update page it does not have Flash Player as

an update just Bing.

Maybe you haven't enabled the Shockwave Flash add-on?
