1. Re: Playlists and the previous/next buttons
Stan Jones Sep 22, 2013 9:32 AM (in response to eday_2010)because Encore cannot generate the 5. 1 files, there is not a good option. Your best work around, is to generate a single audio file. You are still at risk for problems putting the multiple video files on the same time line, but since the movie files are already generate, you could try that. Adding chapter markers at each video file junction is not difficult.
But a limit of playlists is the inability to use previous chapter to go to an earlier played timeline.

2. Re: Playlists and the previous/next buttons
eday_2010 Sep 22, 2013 6:52 PM (in response to Stan Jones)Thanks for the replay. I guess what I will do is render all my video clips, drop them in Encore, and stop when I get within a couple of gigs of the disc limit. Then in premiere I will put all the clips together and render out the audio, and then drop the one audio file in Encore.
I know adding chapter markers in Encore is not hard, but it is tedious when you have one long video file and you have to scrub through the whole thing to add them.
Is there another program that will let me use multiple ac3 files in a timeline and keep them as 5.1?
