Hello! Having problems with downloading the Adobe flash player. I used to have it in my computer - my system is Windows 32-bit, English, Firefox - but it got out-dated and my mom removed it (we tried to update it but everytime we tried to install new flash player we got message that "you can only use one instance". We though that removing old player would be answer). Still, everytime I try to download Adobe flash player I get this message "you can only use one instance". What should I do, I only have Adobe reader in my computer? Thanks beforehand for your help!

Download and save the uninstaller Save it to your downloads folder - DO NOT run it yet.
Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by right clicking one (or both) of the following links and selecting "Save Target as"(IE) or "Save Link as"(other browsers).
Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
Save the installer(s) to your downloads folder - DO NOT run it(them) yet.
Reboot your system.
BEFORE you run anything else, locate and run the uninstaller.
When it finishes, run the installer(s) to put Flash Player on your system again.
If you use IE see also:Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer and: ActiveX Filtering in Internet Explorer

Actually the most current ActiveX version (11.8.800.175) is download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/win/install_flash_player_11_active_x.exe - I don't know why the other download locations still have 11.8.800.174.
