I'd spend the $20 to get Snow Leopard, and maybe another $65 to bump it up to 4Gb RAM or even 6 if it'll handle it. My 13" MPB ran great with 4Gb and 10.6.

Hello,
I am not 100% sure about this, you may try to Install Adobe Flash Player 10.3
Adobe Flash Player 10.3 : http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/fp_10.3.183.90_archive.dmg
Download the installer
Close all the browser windows (Safari)
Run the installer
Thanks,
Vikram

If your Mac is PowerPC, and odds are with 10.4 that it is (there were very few Intel Macs that were sold with 10.4 and most upgraded to 10.5 or 10.6)... you've unfortunately reached the end of the road as far as Flash is concerned.
If it IS an Intel machine, you can upgrade to OS 10.6 through Apple for just $19.99
