installing flash player

I am having so much trouble installing the flash player. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall, but it says it is installed. it insn't. I don't know what else to do.

To better assist you with this issue we need to know:

What is your operating system? (Windows or Mac) (XP, Vista, 7, 8)

What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari)

Are you seeing any error messages?

Can you provide screenshots of the error messages (if applicable)?

I have windows 7. Internet explorer. The only message I get is new version already installed. However I uninstalled adobe flash player and it still doesn't install.

I tried installing flash player again and this time it worked. I am a happy camper now.
