Not able to install Flash Player

Tried to installed Flash Player a few times but unsucessful and error msg says new version already installed but I am not able to view videos that require Flash Player. Can anyone help? Thanks

Thank you Pat. It’s so funny because yesterday I was trying to view a video and needed to install Flash Player and I did it, but it actually worked this time. So I think I am good now.
