Mac install "Error- Cannot Proceed With Installation". Clean install doesn't work.

iMac 2.7 Ghz Intel Core I5

RAM: 16GB 1333 MHz DDR3

1TB, 750GB Free

OSX 10.7.5

Had flash problems in Safari and Firefox.

Regular flash update made no difference.

Tried clean install procedure per: thread http://forums.adobe.com/message/5565773

Tried downloading and running flash uninstaller for Mac.

Restarted computer every time.

Still get this error when attempting to install Flash:

Any ideas?  Thanks in advance.
