what's the problem with my pc setting,help

flash player 11.8 installed on windows xp,

use ie 8.0  browser,

can not open the usb camera correctly,

it's only a black screen. 

it's ok  while  i deleted all the files(C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash)) and reinstalled the  flash player.
