When will Flash 11.8.800.175 Plugin be released to the SCUP Catalog?

I just downloaded the latest SCUP catalog this mornig and found the ActiveX Flash 11.8.800.175 but not the Plugin version. Is it far behind?

Both 11.8.800.174 and 11.8.800.175 were only released for Internet Explorer.  I don't know why, and the Flash Player team has not provided any explanation.
