Embedded Form Submissions

I am using an embedded form: Some users have said they have submitted forms, however, I have not received their submissions on my spreadsheet?

Have you tried turning on email notification so you'll know when users have submitted their forms?

We have done that now.

Do you want them to see the form responses? If so, check out this FAQ document Can others view the responses and summary report without logging in?
