1. Re: Why is 250 Mb file size too large for paid subscriber?
bob.treitman Sep 29, 2013 12:31 PM (in response to ttechler)Hello,
I can think of two possible reasons for this:
- Were you trying to send a lot of files in one transaction? I am pretty sure that the 2GB limit applies to the transaction, not each file within it.
- By any chance, had you signed in with another email address (Adobe ID) other than the one that you have the Paid subscription with?
Assuming that the answer to both is 'no,' can you try using SendNow with a different browser other than the one that you used initially? And can you let us know what browsers and OS you are using?
Did the error message come back immediately when you tried to send the file, or did it take awhile (how long)?
Thanks.

2. Re: Why is 250 Mb file size too large for paid subscriber?
ttechler Sep 29, 2013 7:39 PM (in response to bob.treitman)Hi Bob,
This was a garageband file, which it turns out is a directory of files. In 'Finder' on Mac, it isn't shown as a directory and appears as a single file (weird). Anyway, I zipped up the directory into a file and it works fine.
Problem solved,
Tom T.
