tablet troubles

My boss just bought an Asus tablet for the company so that he can watch the trucks in his fleet even when he is on the go. I was getting it set up this morning and ran into an issue with the site, it said that there was an Invalid Flash Plugin and couldnt show the data I needed it to. I went to the Adobe website to download the new version and that site popped up that there was Compatibility Issues. so I checked the compatibility view mode in the Tools menu where everything looks to be working like it should.

How do I download this upgrade so that the flash player will work?
